Spinach Pineapple Salad
Ingredients
  • 1 bag baby spinach (or arugula) leaves (4-6 oz)
  • 1/3 cup praline pecans, finely chopped
  • 4 oz fresh pineapple chunks, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup poppy seed dressing
Steps
  • Place spinach in salad bowl. Chop nuts and pineapple; add to spinach.
  • Add feta and dressing; toss and serve.
