Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 Larger Sweet Potatoes
- 1/3 cup of butter
- Rosemary
Steps
- Cut and cube sweet potatoes into 1 to 2 inch cubes
- Mix sweet potatoes and butter in a bowl
- Spread mixture across a 9X13 pan.
- Sprinkle with Rosemary
- Bake 20 minutes at 425° F
