Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
  • 2 Larger Sweet Potatoes
  • 1/3 cup of butter
  • Rosemary
Steps
  • Cut and cube sweet potatoes into 1 to 2 inch cubes
  • Mix sweet potatoes and butter in a bowl
  • Spread mixture across a 9X13 pan.
  • Sprinkle with Rosemary
  • Bake 20 minutes at 425° F
